Our standard price is £25 per half hour subject to a minimum charge of 1 hour. We do not have any callout or travelling time charges.

Our engineers are committed to minimising the amount you have to pay for technology support, but there will be instances where your computer requires extended support.

Our engineers will keep you informed at every point where you could incur additional charges and not start or continue any work unless you are in complete agreement with them.

Verify all devices are working correctly using device manager.

Verify Microsoft windows and Office service packs are up-to-date.

Review antivirus software and ensure it is up-to-date.

Check firewall is configured and working correctly.

Check and update printer drivers.

Review major regional settings.

Clean up desktop icons and temporary files.

Review hard drive for fragmentation and available space.
